The movers at Two Men and a Truck are confident, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and work well as a team.

It took eleven days to move out of my apartment due to a broken elevator. TMT did not charge me for all these false starts. They always showed up when they said they would. They were quick and efficient and always had a smile. Shout out to Curtis, Lara, Tyler, Alex, and Braxton for a great job.

The two men did a great job, they worked hard & fast. They were courteous & professional as well & I would definitely use and/or recommend your services to a friend or family.

Two issues 1) the movers drug my piano across our finished floor and scraped the paint 2) the glass shelving for my Dining Room Hutch was left in the truck after the move. Both issues were addressed, the shelving was delivered to me later and I was asked if I wanted compensation for the damage to our floor that will now have to be repainted. I did not, but I'm planning on using these services again shortly and wanted to ensure there was no new damage into our new home. I paid the price for professionals and that is what I expect.

Most expensive piece was a mahogany dining table that was placed top up in the truck and the bouncing destroyed a leg

Back door was broken open by attempts to move a sofa that would not fit

No compensation offered for broken table except to have someone “fix” it which I will not trust you to do

overall the expierence was ok, loading took no time at all, unloading took longer than anticipated, one of the guys was groaning and moaning and took frequent breaks, at the end they quit asking where everything went and unloaded in garage. upon unloading an antique dresser leg was broken off, we are still looking for the leg. I felt our first move 5 years ago was much better than this one.

All the guys were very nice & respectful.
Someone from the first team (the ones that loaded the truck), lost 10 bolts that went to my daughters new full size bed frame. Then when my glass vanity was delivered & unwrapped, my two glass drawers were cracked. So far that's all I've seen. I am still unpacking.

We have used you several times in the past , even in St Louis . For the most part your movers kept busy . We have some damage and will deal with your office staff on that shortly - we hope to keep our opinion the same after that. Your movers were very careful but when you move things , the possibility of damage raises - they should NOT be penalized for the small damages they did - it happens at times. You prices have risen considerably since the last time we moved.
