The three young men were friendly and professional in their appearance, attitude, punctuality, respect for self, others, and property. If we are ever to move again you will be our first call and we would request this team to move us.

The 3 guys were very courteous and polite. They just tried to do more than they were capable safely and destroyed a couple of pieces of furniture. Hatcher was really good, had some new guys with little experience it appeared. I couldn't watch them the entire time and before I knew it they had dumped my grill and ruined it. The other was a desk. Not expensive but it was destroyed. I ended up disassembling both so I could haul to the dump.

Couldn't be happier with the movers. They were the absolute best! Professional, courteous, fast, listened to me, were careful with items that needed special attention. They were AWESOME!

Everything was excellent. Scheduling was easy and everyone was friendly. Movers were extremely careful with my items and ran from the truck to my house after each load. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Also, this was the only company out of several that I researched that didn’t make you commit to a moving time amount-you only pay for the time you use, down to the quarter hour. Great experience all around!!!

The moving team were outstanding. They explained to us exactly what they were going to do every step of the move. They were very courteous and business like at all times but easy to talk to when we had concerns. Great job. We plan to use 2 men and a truck in our next move sometime in August. PS We would like to have the same 2 men move us the next time.!!!!!!!!!!!

Britton and Shane were in KC from the Nebraska office. After taking them on a quick tour of what was going on the truck they set to work quickly, efficiently, and with great care for our belongings. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I hope they are in KC again when we move from the apartment to the house we are building. I also hope they were able to get some KC barbecue! Thanks again Britton and Shane!!

Overall our experience with Two Men and a Truck was good. I would not say excellent because two of their men did not pass the security check required to get through the gate on Fort Leavenworth. This caused us to wait longer for services and it also caused the crew to go from 5 men to 3 men. The three men that had to finish the job did an excellent job though and worked VERY hard to get everything done. The office staff communicated with me through the process and apologized for the inconvience which I very much appreciated. They also adjusted the price of the move due to the loss of 2 movers. I would recommend this company to others but I would say that they need to be more careful about background checking their movers so this does not happen again. Thank you for your time.
