Our men were excellent. Very careful, very courteous, did an excellent job.

I have faithfully used TMT for every personal or business move-love them! However, I am a little taken back by the new structured way (port to port) of billing for services rendered. It is certainly not for or about the customer and that is disappointing. My overall experience with the customer service representative was great! The movers were fantastic; Price did a wonderful job of communicating what was happening during the entire move and the adjustments that were going to be made! Thank you to the entire team!

Office staff were helpful, movers were careful and thoughtful with items-taking care with bulky and delicate items. Movers were pleasant, thoughtful, and worked very hard. They were just great to work with. I have already recommended your company to family and friends.

We need to file a claim. Although the team was very kind and professional, nothing was set up correctly. The washing machine was not set correctly. Before I even used it, it was leaking. I wanna head and try to use it, and an error message came up on the washing machine. It was working perfectly before we moved. Then he told me that there was a 220 adapter that could tie in to a 110 outlet. My husband said that you can’t convert 220 electric dryer to a 110 outlet. Adapter does not exist. The tread climber is missing the nut that bolts things in and worst of all, Our desk has absolutely none of the hardware to anchor down the glass top. So nothing was set up correctly. Initially I thought everything was fine until we started trying to use the washer, desk, treadmill.

This was our second move with Two Men and a Truck here in KC. The moving crew did an excellent job and wrapped each piece of furniture in a blanket and then wrapped in plastic wrap to make sure the blanket did not move. Great care was taken removing the furniture thru the house and down the stairs to avoid damage to the walls. The work proceeded smoothly and within the time frame allowed. We were in our new house with all of our stuff by the end of the day I highly recommend your service to my friends.

The only thing that was not explained was the $75 valuation charge. Otherwise we were VERY pleased and appreciative of the quick service.

The whole moving experience went so well. The movers showed up on time and worked consistently.

The 3 gentlemen were courteous, respectful of me and my property. Very efficient even though my elevator was being upgraded they moved me quickly.

Both of the young men were stellar!!!!!! They had extremely heavy furniture to move down turning stairs and then down a long driveway. For being such young men, I was very impressed with their customers service skills, professionalism and appearance. These 2 young men give your company a fantastic reputation!! If I need any further moving done, I will definitely use your company and will recommend you to anyone else that has moving needs. I can not say enough good things about the 2 young men that provided the move for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
