I felt there was some confusion regarding our move after Brent left. Not sure why this happened, because everything was documented via email.
That said, everything with our move went incredibly smoothly. The movers were on time and worked hard & fast. They were very pleasant & courteous, and nothing got damaged or broken.

Our estimate was much lower than actual (about half) and our movers said that we should have had a site visit to verify the amount of furnishings we had and see the logistics, being that we were moving from the 25th floor.

We had the best experience with Two Men & a Truck! The office staff went out of their way for us, especially Janet. She gave me great advise about moving. The moving crew was sensational! They were very efficient and extremely careful with all of our furniture! We couldn't be more pleased! I will recommend Two Men & a Truck to everyone for all of their moving needs. The driver of the truck was a huge jerk. He was very rude and disrespectful. The two people he had with him were lovely so we tipped them well. That said, I would never use this moving company again.

We feel that our movers were prompt, friendly, helpful, curtious and speedy. They took care of all our items and we are very satisfied with the way they handled our move including explaining how the billing works and what we were charged. We will definitely use your service for our future needs.

Not easy going in and out of apartment/condominium buildings and down/up elevators and over slushy ice, but they kept at it and efficiently completed within estimate.

Your movers were late and the first crew tried to tell me they were going to be late and had to bring a third person and weir going to charge me more for the extra body.The next crew called me said they were the new crew cause the other one was still on the other job.When they got there they said they had a third person but I didn’t have to pay extra. So I agreed and they started.then I over heard the Person who was in charge.Complaining about having to go all the way down the hall and up the elevator it was going to take along time in between trips then at the End the Lead Person told me how much I was being charge then he said to me three times about a tip said it was my choice But kept on emphasizing the tip
