Worked fast, but not everything got moved - probably my fault

The only criticism I have is that the boxes we bought from your company were quite flimsy and easily crushed. The small boxes, intended for books and such, had handles that tore if you tried to use them to lift the box. We were careful not to fill them too full, so they wouldn't be too heavy, but leaving the tops a little empty only allowed them to cave in when stacked. The box I marked fragile was handled carefully and came through fine. We haven't unpacked everything yet, but I don't believe anything was damaged.

The team arrived on time and was professional and courteous.

Bob, Kevin, and Ryan were very professional and caring of our belongings. When we needed help with other items we had not originally anticipate, they were more than accommodating. Good team. Please let them know how pleased we were with them. Thank you.

My only issue was the appointment time.....I was told 8:30 but they were there by 8 and had to wait for me as I was in rush hour traffic. They were fine about it, but I dont like to be late.

The professionalism of the office staff and the moving crew seem like a standard all businesses should follow. Moving is a stressful time, and the absolute attention to detail and care were great. That's been my experience before with the company, and why I used them again and was totally pleased.

I like your straight forward pricing structure. It made it easy to know exactly what my move would cost. My movers Kalvin and Merrill were exceptional. They were courteous, careful, and efficient. I will recommend your company to others.

We were moving my father-in-law's wife into a memory care unit and had purchased new furniture for her. We had originally scheduled to have the furniture store personnel assemble the furniture because I was told that two Men and a Truck could not assemble furniture if they were not the ones to take it apart. However, when I talked with the local staff, they told me they COULD assemble the furniture once they delivered it to the care center. And they were even able to get the furniture picked up, delivered, and assembled within the 1.5 hours allotted, so no extra time charged. The guys were very friendly and helpful, even gave suggestions about slight modification of the bed frame that was VERY helpful.

chad and Shane were very quick in packing and unpacking the truck. They worked well together as a team negotiating the stairs at the condo and the angles of the new home. They were very friendly even though we were their second move of the day. ALSO, it was a huge plus that they were dog people so they allowed us to have our pitty in the house/yard while they worked.
