The guys showed up on time, called ahead. Worked efficiently, even though we threw a more things at them that they were not prepared for (we added all our boxes into the mix, we had originally ordered just moving furniture). Made good time, even though it started snowing pretty good. Knowledgeable, handled everything well, were aware of fragile items. We were quite pleased with their work. They did a lot more than I thought that they would do (disassembled / reassembled beds). Liked have local people working for us too. Nice guys, too. Xavier & Codi - awesome!

Accidents happen that is why I purchased the extra insurance, the movers broke a dresser during our move. They filled out the appropriate paperwork, I received a call from the office the following day asking for pictures. I sent the pictures right away but still have yet to received any information back, I have a broken dresser and no resolution yet. If this was handled better I would have been able to provide better ratings.

I moved in absolutely terrible weather and the movers were so nice about it. They expressed concerns both about moving my items in the slippery snow and took extra precaution. I appreciated that they were also conscientious about their own safety.
