The office service and movers were great. The reason I gave negative feedback is for the after service. There are some damage for my bed set. I filed a damage report. got a call next day to schedule the repair. Nobody showed up at the scheduled time. No cancelation calls no following up. Very unprofessional.

The guy had to come 50 miles to make the move and then return 50 miles back. They called ahead and let us know that they were leaving and approximately what time they would be there, they were right on time. They were carefully with the furniture and pointed out a mark on the wall that they may or may not have made..they moved other things around in the house for us too. The guys were easy to talk to and did what we asked of them.
My only complaint was they tracked a little mud into the living room at the second house. they were apologetic and asked if they could clean it up We said it would be better to wait until it dried and we would take care of it.
the guys worked well together and with us. Great experience for us.

There were a lot of scratches on the walls that needed to be repaired which we did ourselves due to timing and closing. Also the Grandfather Clock was damaged with a bed rail on the door. This will need professionally repaired once the goods are delivered in TX in late August. Also no inventory was taken on site but when unloaded at the storage facility which concerns me as I have never seen it done this way. I also got a charge to my account on Tuesday AMEX as it was just a place holder but have not seen it actually hit my AMEX account yet. Please advise.

Everyone from start to finish were absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would recommend and will undoubtably use again when we move. From how helpful the initial call was with the dispatcher/ sales rep was, to how amazing Bradley, Eric, and Rashia (believe that’s how it was spelled) were both personality wise and professional.

Yours is the only firm I go to. Used multiple times, in 2 states. Super movers on this recent move, great guys. Total pros.

only reason office staff received a "good" wasn't reflective of the office I used. I called another before and they did not call me back. Guys were great, capable, careful, and quick.

The team I had were wonderful. They were funny, helpful and a delight to work with. Thank you Chad, Brad, Charles and Chris you guys are the best!!

The guys moving the furniture into and out of the elevator did and excellent job. They were very respective and courteous of other tenants in the building with only one elevator.
When it came to unloading at the new location, they had to travel down several long hallways. They really worked hard and really hustled. They were careful yet quick. I was very pleased!
