The movers were very polite and did an overall good job. My only concern is the bookcase that was dropped and damaged beyond repair. I filed a claim on the day of the move. Someone came out to look at it, and I'm awaiting what the remedy will be. I expect to be reimbursed the full price of the bookshelf and cost for assembly. Thank you

The movers were professional and Courteous. Currently, I can’t find my bed support (plastic leg of middle support, file cabinet missing supports for hanging files.)

The movers were very rushed and didn't not take proper care of my property. I have many scratches, dents and damage to my furniture. I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck to anybody that values their property.

The team was courteous and hard working,but one man did not pack our glasses and China correctly. We had two glasses and a cup broken in one box alone. The other men did a great job of packing and moving us.

Movers were careless about floors rugs and sliding furniture. Wrapping of furniture was careless. Many items left behind. Door not put back on. Rugs to wrap furniture dirty. Some damaged items. Repair so so.

My movers were very friendly and fast. One of my items did break; however, they were extremely apologetic and explained next steps on how to get it fixed.

Our 5 most valuable possessions were carelessly handled, damaged or soiled (left uncovered rubbing against the side of a filthy truck) during the move. The most senior mover (Kalvin-2+ years experience) failed to carefully oversee and give detailed work instruction to the more inexperienced, newer employee (Terrell). The 3rd team member, Gabe, did nice work and communicated well with us. The office failed to send someone out to initially size the move level of effort; therefore underestimating (our bill was 2X the initial estimate) and understaffing (a 3rd mover was later added on the fly, which we appreciated) the move. We're in the midst of dealing with Jake on our claim and are frustrated with the lack of crisp follow up, hoping that will quickly and our claim remedied quickly.

We had Wyatt and Elie and they did a good job. Everything was moved quicker and efficient! They are awesome but we were surprised that the TVs were not wrapped up. We thought they would of been so they won’t be scratched or damaged. Otherwise everything was good!! Thank you guys!

team worked fast and that saves you money. A couple of things did get damaged and are being repaired. Sometimes going too fast can cause problems also. It's been over a week and haven't heard anything. I've called but no responds from Two Men and truck. They worked together great and polite.

Staff was courteous and fast. A couple coats were found on the garage floor. Corner of dresser slightly damaged but overall satisfied.
