Sadly many of my furniture is damaged and cannot be repaired I am deeply sadden by this as they cost lots of money and are part of matching sets.
Removed legs from one of my matching leather chairs - lost, dents and gauges in my wood dresser, sleigh bed frame, steel garbage can, sropped things often and really were careless in handling the furniture.

The movers were nice and polite.
One was better than the other...
The one kept dropping my boxes marked GLASS/Fragile!
Over and over again.
Stacked my wooden end tables on things....all goudged and scratched!
I have broken things in my boxes!!
Not happy with the lack of caring for my things.

Office team was excellent in getting our move scheduled. They even coached us in how to make our move more streamlined.
The moving team was very respectful in their attitude. The front door frame of my house got dinged up in a couple of spots. I was able to apply some stain to cover the damaged areas. Not damaged enough to make a claim. Overall, it was a reasonable experience.

A lot of my furniture was damaged. My moms china hutch was damaged and you cant fix it to have .

Overall the service was acceptable. The movers were nice and cordial. A major note of criticism pertains to the handling of my furniture. My bed was dragged on the floor, and my sofa was allowed to rest on dirty floors of the truck and elevators. Moreover, during the move my new apartment walls were scratched. I would be much more pleased if they simply handled the furniture in a more delicate manner.

I am so sorry to do this. I loved you guys last time but this time was a great disappointment. I will take some blame. I was messing around and flirting with the guys for fun. MY FAULT! So they used my telephone number after they moved me to contact me - wasn't a fan but that was my fault and not theirs. There should be no consequence to that - my fault! But, they were a bit slow and not very knowledgeable about how to move furniture in tight spaces. There is damage to my walls and my furniture and I am not sure what to do about that - please email me. The problem was 2 guys when there should have been three and I don't think they have done this enough to be on their own. They were very polite and great guys! No complaint there-Missing clothes, damage to furniture/walls. what do I do

Bob and Kevin were incredible from the start. They walked into a much bigger job than had been anticipated(total cost ended up being around twice the cost of estimate due to amount of stuff they had to tackle the day of) but they jumped right in. We did have a leather couch tear, but it didn't fit into the basement so they took it with the. All in all the price was higher than i had anticipated, but so was the work. Jordan did a great job as well. I would highly recommend Two men and a truck as the value of my experience outweighs the financial burden. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Bob and Kevin, the consistent effort they put out and their attitude even when faced with things not fitting where they were desired, those two would keep on trying.

Promised 8 - 10 am. Here promptly at 8 am. Movers were quiet, asked questions, but no conversation.
Moving proceeded methodically. Difficulty in maneuvering through doorways resulted in some scratches on edges of furniture. All items to be moved were gone. Move completed. Movers left.

Hello. There was some small damage to walls and the front door. There are about five noticeable dings to the drywall. Guys were nice, but with larger items like the two dressers were brushed up against the walls. Will contact you to see about possible touch up repair. Thanks. Would use your company again.
