We used Two Men and a Truck three years ago and they did a great job. This time the crew was definitely not your "A" team. They had plastic wrap for the furniture but didn't bother to use it. Lots of antique wood furniture is now scratched up. They broke our vacuum cleaner, and a $200 lamp is missing. Didn't listen to requests we made to put rugs down first in the new place.

Obviously, there are going to be difference between people from one move to another, but there certainly is no excuse for your experience this time around. I am forwarding your feedback on to our management, so that they can address these issues. Thank you for moving with us again, Patrick. I hope we can get another chance.

The service provided was professional, timely and curtious. The team was in and out of my house in no time. Moved everything that was requested. The cost was exactly what I was quoted prior to their arrival. Extremely satisfied with this company and the mover team.

Everyone from the office staff to management to the men who came and packed up everything for us and took care of the move have all been fantastic to work with. We couldn’t have done it without them. All of the men who came to pack up and move were so nice, positive, helpful and hard-working that we just can’t thank them enough for all their hard work that they did. We’re so thankful to them!

Everything went great with the one exception of the truck tearing up my Aunts lawn while trying to back down the driveway. I explained to the team at the pickup location that the driveway was quite tricky and that they may want to walk up first to check it out. They chose to drive right up. Bad decision and it ended up costing them time.

You people did it all for me. Even a reschedule. The two men who did the work were polite, presentable, articulate and polite. Your office people were helpful, articulate and showed courtesy during every call. The gentleman who supervised the movers was on the job and always articulate and helpful. I was and am so afraid of Corona. You helped me move in the first days of Corona. Thank you.
