Upon making contact, I was pleased with their prompt email response & a telephone conversation. However, I wish the quality of customer service had carried over into the movers quality of work. I had 4 movers arrive 45 mins past the time I had been told to expect them, they quickly went to work. I was told by the customer service rep that the van would have wardrobe boxes & mattress covers, but they had neither.They did not place plastic carpet covering over the carpet, salt and dirt tracked into the home. They also marked and dented walls while moving furniture. I ran out of packing tape and several boxes packed needed tape. They did it, but my Beats Pill was in an untaped box and is now missing, they stole it. They billed me one amount but charged my card a higher amt. So disappointed.

Of course, I can’t remember their names, and have temporarily misplaced the invoice, but Kalvin and the other two men (Juwan? Telik?) did a great job. They moved everything, even boxed some things, and put things where I wanted them in the new place. They were polite, careful and quick-working. I will definitely be calling you all again for my next move.

I have to say this crew was one of the hardest working group of guys I’ve seen in a long time!!!! They were courteous friendly but down to business. I would use them again if we ever move again!!!!

We used this service twice - both my daughter and myself- quick, efficient, careful, thorough, pleasant, everything was good about this experience. We will definitely recommend you and your service to others. Reasonably priced for all they did.

We heard wonderful things about the company, so we we had high expectations going into this move. But they were all exceeded. We had a lot of things to move, including from a separate storage unit across town, and Bob and Kevin handled everything very well. They were patient and respectful, and we could tell they knew what they were doing. They were highly efficient and moved everything with care. I was worried about broken items or scuffs/dents in our walls, but nothing like that happened. They knew our floor was delicate, and they took very good care of it (Bob even took his shoes off every time he had to walk beyond the protective mat). We knew they had to be tired after moving our stuff for 7 hours, but they had a very positive attitude the whole time. 100% would recommend/use again.

I had Mike and Gabe for my companies second move they called before they left the office went back to grab a mattress cover arrived worked well together with companies staff and our client was more than happy with thier performance. Thank you our agency looks forward to working with those two again i will request them for future moves.

I had an excellent experience!!! These guys were amazing!!! I’ve never seen guys move so fast yet so careful with large furniture and fragile items, pack it so well in such a short amount of time. They were fabulous!!! They were also patient because they had to wait to unload my belongings. They asked a lot of questions while unloading making sure things were where I wanted them, triple checking before they left! They were courteous, had a positive attitude, were kind, funny, easy going guys!!! I’d recommend them to everyone! Will never move on my own again! My parents and daughter were also very impressed!
