The only complaint I would have is that I thought it was wrong to not allow my son to help. I went and got a dolly and that would have saved me at least 2 hours (almost $400) I had the guys put 90% of stuff into 1 living room and I moved them into the right room as to save me some time. Overall, the guys you sent were awesome-PAY THEM RT and I will use you again (cheaper deal ha)

Sorry about the confusion there. Due to insurance reasons, there are just some things that customers cannot do once we are out there, but I am glad to hear that you LOVED our guys. They are the best! Thanks for choosing Two Men And A Truck. We appreciate it.

Our crew chief, Xavier, was truly exceptional. The job was way bigger than anticipated and he took it all in stride. Maintained a positive attitude, high energy, amazing work ethic and the utmost level of professionalism during a long day. Kept the rest of the team going to finish the job. I was sooo impressed.

My moving team was exceptional careful with my furniture and made sure that nothing was damaged and no walls were marked up since I just had my new place completely painted. They were also very fast from start to finish.

We used Two Men and a Truck three years ago and they did a great job. This time the crew was definitely not your "A" team. They had plastic wrap for the furniture but didn't bother to use it. Lots of antique wood furniture is now scratched up. They broke our vacuum cleaner, and a $200 lamp is missing. Didn't listen to requests we made to put rugs down first in the new place.

Obviously, there are going to be difference between people from one move to another, but there certainly is no excuse for your experience this time around. The service provided was professional, timely and curtious. The team was in and out of my house in no time. Moved everything that was requested. The cost was exactly what I was quoted prior to their arrival. Extremely satisfied with this company and the mover team.
