You broke my file cabinet, lost 4 of my birch poles for my outside holiday decorations and worst of all is i have called 3 times left messages, and cant get someone to call back

My chair was stained during move. Jake an employee tried to steam it. Didn’t work still dirty and stained. I would like it professionally cleaned.

Movers were excellent. I had some minor confusion at times with the office. It was quickly resolved and my questions were thoughtfully answered. Overall, I would use Two Men and a Truck if I move again. If I recommended this service to a friend I would note that they need to give the office time to respond to calls/questions.

Chris and Tyler were great! They were on time, friendly, quick and efficient. We will absolutely be using you guys again!

I was impressed with everyone I interacted with at Two Men and a Truck.
First, the movers showed up on time and had a great attitude throughout the entire moving process, despite it being an exceptionally hot and humid August day in Minnesota.
The office staff were extremely kind and helpful as well. One of the movers accidentally left with my storage unit key. I called the office and the manager I spoke to went out of his way to contact the mover and track my key down. Then a different manager offered to bring the key to my house, so I wouldn’t have to drive out of my way to their office.
I really appreciate the wonderful work and fabulous customer service I recieved from everyone at Two Men and a Truck.
