Loved having Pat W. & Eli move our heavy items. Kudos.

Very prompt and timely performance. Bradley and Eric seemed to be thorough and took great care of our property. They were so easy to work with.

I did not like the fact they did not remove their boots when moving furniture into the bedroom.
I also asked them to take the mirror off the dresser in a certain way and they did it their way which took longer and unscrewed
most the screws which I did not want them to do. all they had to do was to unfasten the mirror with 2 bold on each side, tip the dresser forward and slide the mirror off. The dresser with the mirror that was delivered was put together wrong, the mirror leans forward and I said I don't think that's how it go. I can't fix it because its to heavy for me. Very disappointed that they did not listen.

My helpers, Frank and Javon(sorry if I spelled this incorrectly), were terrific. Great attitudes, careful with the items, responsive to requests, courteous to my very elderly parents. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

While everything proceeded as planned (time of arrival and time at destination, terms etc.) I would make one observation, namely that coming to a senior living facility such as ours with multiple elevator use in moving in our case from one floor to another it seemed to
me that larger equipment could have been used to facilitate the move, taking less time. The actual cost exceeded the estimate as a result. The young men were pleasant and conversational along the way.

Made my move a pleasurable experience. Arrived right on time and were very efficient and friendly.

We thought they did such a good job....we’d recommend them to everyone. The guys were so efficient, so nice, courteous and very helpful....I know of two parties already are going to hire 2 me and a truck...thank you...haven’t found anything damaged or missing so far and we’re about 75% unpacked. Ryan and Charles did an excellent job! They arrived right on time and were super friendly and helpful! They had long waits for the elevator at our starting location but maintained a great attitude! They were very conscientious and moved quickly to get the job done. Very impressive. I would like working with these two again. They were a great team! Also Tabitha in the office did a great job setting up our move! She was very good about answering all my questions!

Was very pleasantly surprised with the top notch service. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and efficient. I would definitely use again and refer to friends and family. Very good experience.
