Meet Dan, we call him Dan the Man! Dan is part of our senior director duo! He is the Senior Director of Sales and Business Development. Dan has been living and breathing our core values since 2003. Yes, you heard me correctly, he has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over nineteen years. Dan oversees the customer service team and works with them daily, as customer service is our number one priority in this business.

Joe is our president of junk services for TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® and one of the leaders of our team. Joe started with our team as a driver 16 years ago and quickly found a passion in the moving business. He is such an amazing asset to our moving team, and our movers and drivers look to Joe as a role model in this business. As you may have noticed, we are passionate about promoting our team. Joe helps those individuals get to where they want to go. Joe is an operations guru and a huge asset to our team.

Say hello to Tammie, our HR dynamo! Since joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in January 2022, she has made a remarkable difference with her expertise and dedication. Tammie excels in managing all aspects of our team’s needs and is always ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed. Outside of her professional role, Tammie cherishes time spent with her family and grandchildren, bringing joy to her personal life as well.

Meet Sally, the powerhouse behind our marketing endeavors. Her love for marketing rivals her affection for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and that's saying something! Sally's dedication to us runs so deep that she took a brief hiatus only to return, reaffirming her commitment to our team.

Having been an integral part of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for over seven years, with the last two years dedicated to making waves in Minnesota, Sally is the heartbeat of our marketing strategies. Her passion for her craft shines through in every campaign she creates, leaving a big mark on our brand.

When Sally isn't busy crafting and enhancing our company's image through her marketing wizardry, you'll find her enjoying quality time with her husband and two adorable kiddos. Sally doesn't just market TWO MEN AND A TRUCK; she lives and breathes the essence of our brand, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Introducing Chad, the versatile powerhouse at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. He's been part of our team since the early 2000s, back when our operations were just starting in Burnsville. Chad's journey has seen him wear many hats – from sales and operations to navigating the marketing landscape (even during the Yellow Pages era). Today, he leads the way as our Director of Customer Experience, ensuring every customer journey is exceptional.

Beyond his professional life, Chad is a force in this world. Known for creating meaningful connections, he goes above and beyond, like braving a blizzard solo to assist a senior citizen with their move – a testament to his unwavering dedication.

But Chad's story doesn't end there. He's not just a leader at work; he's also a devoted family man, balancing his role as a dad to three kids. When he's not immersed in work or family time, Chad showcases his culinary skills in the kitchen or by spinning vinyl records. And let's not overlook his distinctive style – his iconic mohawk paired with his distinguished gray hair.

Jessica is one of our awesome customer service representatives who helps our customers successfully book their moves and feel confident on move day. Although Jessica has been with us for less than a year, she has proven that she is a great asset to our team and loves providing fantastic customer service. She is consistently one of the top salespeople in our office, and she's not slowing down! Thank you, Jess, for giving your all every day!

Meet Allie! She’s a key part of our incredible customer service team and has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since the summer of 2021 at our Burnsville office. In that time, she has helped hundreds of customers navigate their moves from start to finish — and if you’ve ever talked with Allie on the phone, you already know you're in great hands.

Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to great service make her an essential part of our team.

When she’s not helping customers plan their moves, Allie loves spending time with her family and recharging outside of the busy call center. We’re grateful to have her on our team!

Meet Jeff, our Storage Manager! While he started with another franchise, Jeff has been a key part of our team for 11 years (as of October). Managing storage operations across five different locations keeps him busy, to say the least! Jeff's extensive experience in nearly every role within the company has made him a true expert in the moving and storage industry. When he's not keeping our storage solutions running smoothly, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors and with his two young sons.

Meet Terry, Controller at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Terry supports the company’s growth across Minnesota and Wisconsin by guiding the financial side of its moving and junk removal services. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Strayer University and brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to his work. For Terry, sound financial management and great customer service go hand in hand. He enjoys working with a collaborative team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

Terry grew up in a small farming community in southern Minnesota, where he developed the strong work ethic he brings to the job today. He’s always enjoyed figuring out how things work: at 15, he bought and restored a 1967 Mustang, eventually turning it into a show car. He also spent years racing motocross on a custom-built track at home. Away from work, Terry spends time with Harley, his energetic 11-year-old dachshund, who brings plenty of personality to the day.
