There were no surprises with the price, it was clearly stated up front in the quote what the price would be and that is what I was charged.
The moving team communicated by phone when they would arrive, they were courteous and professional.
Would recommend Two men and a Truck to my friends and relatives.

The moving service was very good. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. Very personable. My only concern was the chip on the corner in the hallway when they were moving the couch. They told me they did it and Jermaine filled out paperwork to have it repaired and told me I did not have to do anything with it. As a skeptic I call Shoreword Monday afternoon and reported the damage to them and I called the office of Two Men and a Truck. The gentleman who answered said he would convey the message to the correct person and it would be taken care of. As of Wednesday afternoon when I was at Shorewood there had been no communication to Shorewood from 2 Men and a Truck about repair of the damage.

They were at the meeting place when they said they would be there. They were very pleasant and wanted to please. They were very careful and helped move existing furniture that was in the place where the new furniture was to be placed. Very couerteous. Nice young men.Thank you,

Bond and Kevin were great! They ran to and from the truck at times and I really appreciated how efficiently but yet carefully they worked. Everything was in good condition upon arrival to the new place. They were polite, nice and professional. I'd use them and Two Men and a Truck again and I'll be recommending you to friends and relatives who are moving.

The whole process using Two men and a truck was seamless, from the time I made the initial call to them leaving my property, having delivered the furniture. I would definitely use them again and feel secure that they would repeat the job with the same professionalism.

Two Men and a Truck gave us a truly excellent service in moving the contents of our apartment. The office got all the necessary information and explanation before the move. The movers worked fast and efficiently to transfer the furniture to another place, with no scratches or damage at all, and were very pleasant and helpful

Our experience having Two Men move furniture to a neighboring state was well coordinated from the first contact to the move to follow-up on a glitch regarding our credit card initially not going through for payment. We made first contact on-line and found the on-line inventory form to be a bit narrow in identifying items to be moved but the local office was very responsive and between a call and home visit, the items to be moved were clarified the items so the estimate was fairly determined and moving day went smoothly. We were impressed with the attention to timeline on the day of the move and with the team's care in wrapping and moving the large items.

Cullum D and Alan M were so nice and very friendly. They were professional and so willing to do whatever Had to be done. They even mentioned that they had more time to give me, and were asking for work! Unfortunately I wasn’t organized enough to think of anything else!
