The guys were all friendly. They all new how to pack a truck. As well as what should get packed first and what should get packed last. First time I have had to use a moving company and I was totally satisfied. I would definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck.

We had 2 items with damage to wood trim, otherwise move went well.

I first selected two men and a truck over competition based upon my feelings that they we're more organized and gave a more complete estimate that I felt confident we would hit. Every moment after that confirmed I made the right choice! The office staff followed up often, making sure I had completed what I needed, and my questions were answered. The team that packed/loaded/unloaded me was nothing short of perfect! I was especially taken by the politeness. Very friendly team! Also, the work ethic and hustle made me feel like they were really valuing my investment in them and not taking their time. I cannot give them a high enough rating. I recommend them for any moving project.

The guys were great and thoughtful. Went the extra mile. I decided to hire your company after talking to one of your employees in the grocery store who was wearing a tee shirt and cap with your logo. Wasn't sure my job was large enough. He said no problem.

Two Men and a Truck was an excellent moving company. They clearly explained everything from the beginning until the end. The movers were very kind, careful, and helpful. We had no doubt they would take care of things during the move. I wish I had a great experience like this with every company I do business with. If you don't hire them you are missing out big time. Do yourself a favor. HIRE THEM!!!

Great experience with the whole process. Kevin was awesome to work with giving us bid, adjusting it and the move dates as needed, etc. The moving crew was top notch - when moving out and moving in we loved the urgency without sacrificing care. From this experience, we'd never consider using another moving company in the Rochester area. Thanks so much!

Overall I was impressed with the customer service Two Men and A Truck provided. I received a call checking in on my satisfaction during the service and after!
As far as the movers. They worked hard and made sure to do a slight jog back to the truck to show that they were moving quickly. Their personal chat was kept to a minimal. As far as their ability to lift heavy furniture. One seemed to be able to lift more than the other. Therefore, the other could have improved his ability to carry more then one box at a time. They were very friendly. Overall satisfied.
