The whole experience was above my expectations. Professional, very clear on pricing and services. Movers were timely, fast, friendly, caring and courteous. They were able to move things that I would never have dreamed of asking them to do. I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!

A great group of guys. Very helpful and considerate to all aspects of the move. Kept us informed on pick up and drop off times and were very careful of all the items.

Someone from the company came to my home to provide an estimate and the estimate was not even close to what was needed for the move.

It took 5 guys a lot of extra time to discuss how to move the bigger furniture and this ate up a lot of my paid time. They also left behind numerous boxes, etc requiring me to line up additional help and multiple trips back to pick up what was left behind. The garage wasn’t even touched and this was included in the estimate. I had everything color coded for what room it needled to be placed in and continue to find multiple boxes and items where they shouldn’t be.

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for yet an additional hour and still have so much left behind.

Also at times I would observe them carrying in a small item and have a free hand to which they could have been also carrying someone additional.

Very disappointed given the cost of the services.

The appointment was fast and the process for moving was explained well. The moving team was great. They came early. They were professional, polite and friendly. They were very efficient and willing to help. I would definitely use their services again.

The movers were genuine and very knowledgeable. They did a great job in a short amount of time. Definitely will recommend and use again if needed.

Though i was displeased that shoe covers are not a part of the job..though i could purchase sticky plastic to put down on new carpet. Hmmm. Think that would enhance your business even more. Just a thought. Can't imagine I'm the only one who complained about this. Though I understand the whys and why nots. Shoes off and on..safety for haulers..yada yada yada. I did voice my opinion to the movers..kindly. I was not upset at them. They were doing what they had to do.. I get it :) .

Granted.. I would have loved to pay less..but was certainly glad to have electric beds moved within 6 hrs of my initial call for help. My sister's and daughter are forever ungrateful ❤.

Everyone was extremely helpful. From the person answering the phone to set up an appointment, to the actual movers, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.
