My experience was great! The men were courteous, accommodating, professional, conscientious. They arrived on time, worked hard, did not waste time while still being very aware of protecting my things as well as my home. The office staff was also very courteous, pleasant and appreciative of my business which is not always the case in today's world.

The entire experience was awesome. The office staff who answered all of my questions to the pick up and delivery. The two men were fantastic and helpful. They ensured that all of the furniture went to the correct room.

Would have appreciated the use of white gloves prior to shrinkwrapping upholstered items since fabrics were white and or light colors. The movers were very conscientious, personable, and more than willing to ensure my complete satisfaction!

Use of your services on two different days produced the usual gamut of glitches and questions. The delivery people were very considerate and quite adept at solving problems on the spot. The back-up from the office was excellent. It was clear that the ultimate satisfaction of the customer was a primary goal in each instance. The 'people skills' of the men on site constitute a credit to your organization.

I ran out of tape and asked if they could some tape. The woman that answered the phone said they put a roll on the truck but did not. So the moving team moved some untaped boxes for me. There weren't many but I appreciated the exception to your instructions.
