There was confusion in the office when I needed to update my moving list of items. Like I indicated 2 large boxes to be moved and they had 12. I also wanted the 42 inch tv packed securely in a box by the movers. That never happened. No box was brought, item not packed and it was placed in the storage units without any packaging. I sent a note to the office and never received a reply. Also I needed some items left near the entrance of the storage unit for easy access. It was never done. I wanted a box for the tv so I could pack it myself. No response.

We used Two Men and a Truck when we moved 2 years ago, and we were extremely happy with the entire process. When it was time to move again, there was no doubt in my mind that we would use them again! I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

We had a problem with the 2 quest bedroom mattresses reversed and in one of the beds
the middle support fell out. When we found this we called and the problem was fixed
