Two Men and a Truck was an excellent moving company. They clearly explained everything from the beginning until the end. The movers were very kind, careful, and helpful. We had no doubt they would take care of things during the move. I wish I had a great experience like this with every company I do business with. If you don't hire them you are missing out big time. Do yourself a favor. HIRE THEM!!!

Great experience with the whole process. Kevin was awesome to work with giving us bid, adjusting it and the move dates as needed, etc. The moving crew was top notch - when moving out and moving in we loved the urgency without sacrificing care. From this experience, we'd never consider using another moving company in the Rochester area. Thanks so much!

Overall I was impressed with the customer service Two Men and A Truck provided. I received a call checking in on my satisfaction during the service and after!
As far as the movers. They worked hard and made sure to do a slight jog back to the truck to show that they were moving quickly. Their personal chat was kept to a minimal. As far as their ability to lift heavy furniture. One seemed to be able to lift more than the other. Therefore, the other could have improved his ability to carry more then one box at a time. They were very friendly. Overall satisfied.

Hired TwoMen to both pack and move, based on previous use they estimated it would be best to use 6 movers and charge higher rate for all 6 and use 2 trucks since we passed a loading threshold 85% full, the move lasted 8 hours and I had to sign a acknowledgment the rates would be different mid-move since they weren't done yet - the estimation was useless. (higher bill- what are you going to say? stop the move now when your not totally loaded?) the mover personnel were worked until almost 10pm, they dont' make wages nearly what the firm charges in costs. keep in mind they will refuse to touch any household or garage chemical. you move that yourself. what was not packed the day before was not moved I had to do that since the movers refuse to do any packing. overall very stressful.

I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the entire moving process. The guys were great, fast, careful and courteous. The office staff worked with me to get the date that was best for me and also to get the right truck and movers ratio for my job. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. I have told many people how excellent this was - and the day was so hot! But the moving team worked very quickly even in the heat.
