Every appointment was on time from the initial estimate to the conclusion of the move. The movers were careful and courteous at all times moving extremely heavy antique furniture out of tight spaces.

There was a problem getting the couch out of the house and in to the new house. One door was damaged (screws pulled out of the doorframe) and another door was taken off and then put back. I would think there was a better way.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the positive attitude both men had throughout the day and their amazing ability keep on going without appearing to miss a beat. They were very resourceful and helpful. They let me know exactly the expectations for the day when we started and asked for my goals in hiring them. They were very professional in their attire, behavior and presentation.

The whole process was seemless and easy. Signed up online, got the date and time I wanted with only a weeks notice. The guys were fun to work with and never complained the strange requests I had. They also help with the disassembling of my furniture which I greatly appreciated. Best money I have ever spent.

The men were so polite and helpful, they went way beyond any customer service moving company I have used in the past. the men treated my belongings like it was their own, I really respected that kind of attitude. Slow to load, not all people busy as they could have been, Lots of standing around and discussing , did not seem knowledgeable of best way to maneuver furniture. Truck not filled to top.

They did a good job moving, however, there were a couple of things that they should have known to do and not do. One, it was pretty wet and muddy outside and I had to tell them that they could walk through the house with their shoes on (and thus avoid ruining the floors and carpet). That should be a pretty standard expectation. Two, they stopped for food at a gas station after they loaded the truck (on the way to the house to get unloaded). He did take off time on the move, but not a very professional thing to do when you are moving someone.
