I have given my comments to the local company. Excellent experience. Highly recommended by a retirement community and then everyone we spoke with after signing a contract. Two young men did a wonderful job of moving priceless antiques, dealing with two older women who were new to the moving experience. They answered our endless questions, were kind, respectful, patient and worked well as a team. I would highly recommend them and the company.

You guys were awesome. Short notice and got it done after an auction bid and win. Tough move of big cooler out of hard to get to Restaurant. Ran into problems with it fitting out the doors. Alex and his helper were awesome at working with me to get it out. Mike was great on the office end too. Got it all done for less than the estimate even wit the delays with the cooler. Will never use anyone else to move anything. Rochester needs good organized dependable businesses like this. Please support them! You wonandacirc;??t be disappointed.

The movers did not put down enough plastic runners. My carpet was very dirty when they left. Overall service was excellent but needs to be more aware of cleanliness. It was a warm winter day and very sloppy outside.

My wife and I had never used 2 Men and A Truck before now and I'll admit a small amount of skepticism about the company(possibly fear of the
unknown) but decided to try this company based on word of mouth recommendation of a friend. We used 2MAATruck for a 'small' household move
for my mother into an assisted-living facility in her hometown and the entire experience could not have been more efficient or smoother.
The men were dead-on-schedule with their arrival time and finished the move an hour under the estimated time.
For this survey, if ratings higher than excellent were available, I would have marked them in all categories.

Kevin, Jay and Nick were awesome! Friendly, professional and handled changes made on the fly with a smile and a andquot;no problem!andquot; Kevin kept me apprised of elapsed time compared to the estimated timeframe.
