Everything about the actual move was great. Here is why I rated the staff lower, first we were working through a Omaha, Nebraska office, the Kansas City Office, and the actual truck and drivers were from Minnesota. The Omaha office had placed a $100 down payment on our card but it was not deducted from the bill. I opened the bill the same day the move was done and at that time I realized we paid in full and also were charged the $100. The drive also did not leave a copy of the bill! Other than that, the job went well and the driver and assistant were really good.

Your movers handled two valuable pianos carefully and respectfully. Moving one piano down a flight of stairs with a mid-landing was difficult, to say the least, but they managed it step-by-step. Then, they moved another piano up those very stairs. Incredible! They were very pleasant and easy with which to work. Without reservation, I am most pleased to recommend Two Men And A Truck.

From start to finish I was impressed with the prompt, courteous and professional service we received from Two Men and a Truck. I would highly recommend them.

I was quoted at approximately 4 hours for the move. It was done in 1 hour 50 minutes. The two men who came were exactly on time, polite, and professional. There wasn't a single scratch or scuff on any of our furniture or the walls. Pretty remarkable considering we had a dresser that easily weighs 500+ lbs while empty, and they moved it with all the clothing still inside. I don't think I will ever rent a truck and move by myself again.


Not a deal breaker by any means, but I was surprised to find a 78$ fee when it came time to pay. The price was still fair despite it, but the office staff did not disclose that fee to me at the time I was given a quote. Again, not a deal breaker and that is the one and ONLY andquot;negativeandquot; thing I have to say. Irregardless, I would give them 5/5 stars.
