The acceptable rating on the office staff clearly explaining services was given as there was a lot of back and forth on moving of our gun safe which was 800 lbs and had to go up 5 steps. It ended up that the best thing was to have Bruce Epert do the moving of the gun safe, and for future moves with future customers, I would have appreciated the reference to Bruce to have him move the gun safe as he also was able to move our gun safe onto our trailer which you guys could not do for liability reasons. I do not think this would hurt your business and only help it.

The movers where great and I look forward to working with you on our move #2 from the house to our apartment in Rochester.

Workers were extremely friendly and hard working. The service provided was more than worth the money. Hiring Two Men and a Truck was the best decision I made during my entire move.

My two movers (I believe their names were Kevin and Dwayne, although I may be mistaken) were very efficient and helpful. They hurried to get everything done and were able to move everything in under the estimated time it would take. In particular I would like to comment that when I requested they remove their shoes when they had to move a couch across some wet grass to access a larger entry way they were happy to accommodate and I was particularly appreciative of that. Somehow they made moving nearly painless.

On 5/11/18 utilized Two Men and a Truck to assist us with moving. The 3 men crew did such a great job. They were friendly, polite and professional. Were so cautious when moving our larger furniture. Did a great job transporting our piano. Would highly recommend.

Jay and Dray were great. They had a great attitude and really took great care in moving my furniture. That was some mighty heavy stuff, but they did not hesitate in getting it moved. I was not pleased with my initial quote noted in the email from the Rochester office (it was three times higher than it turned out to be). I knew the move would take an hour, which it did, but was quoted for three hours. I almost switched movers. Need to be more accurate in your quotes.
