We were thrilled with the two men who helped us move, they were fantastic. I was frustrated that I could not leave a message to confirm our move because the persons mail box was full. Also, it was difficult to connect with n office person voice to voice during the process.

For two people who were anxious and exhausted on the morning of moving day, it was utterly transformative to have three energetic, courteous, positive young men arrive and get to work swiftly and professionally. We were impressed and ever so grateful!

The team was friendly, fast, and careful! They worked so hard without breaks except for lunch and even then watched the time. Heidi

The guys were too eager to jam my large couches into an elevator they really didn't fit in. Should have taken the stairs going down. They didn't work as a team enough, too much each doing his own moving of items.

We had only one item to be moved, a grand piano. Three guys came to get it wrapped and loaded onto the truck, which went fine. But when they got to the destination, there weren't enough men to get the piano into the residence, even on ground level. They returned the next day with two more men, and got the job done. Good job overall with that unfortunate glitch, and the office staff explained it and apologized professionally.

We loved the two movers. They were exceptional, organized, and courteous.

Everyone with whom we dealt was very courteous and knowledgeable. There were no surprises in the final billing for the job.
