The automated call service web that you have to go thru to talk to a human is daunting. I almost did not sign up to use you becuase of it. Holds, national call lines, full mailboxes......anyhow, I persevered, and am glad I did. The move is done! Janet

1. Our initial quote greatly underestimated the cost
2. Getting the move scheduled required repeated phone calls and emails with no follow up from the estimator
3. When it was finally scheduled it was improperly scheduled for both time and truck space
4. The crew was supposed to pack us but that wasn’t scheduled
5. Since the crew hadn’t been scheduled properly they didn’t have supplies and had to wait for things to be delivered to the house
6. The move had to be carried over to a second day unexpectedly causing scheduling conflicts for me
7. The crew missed several areas of the house while packing and left random items unpacked and scattered throughout the house
Overall a very poor experience
