Crew was good, but arrived late and could not finish the move in one day. They rescheduled a day later to complete the move, and again showed up late. Luckily I had planned for extra days to be out before my closing or else it would have been a disaster with the new people moving in with my stuff still in the house.

My July 9th move was fantastic. Chewy, Jacob, Isaac and Forrest all did a great job and took direction very well. That was the best moving experience I've ever had. Chewy had to disassemble a bookcase in order to get it up a flight of stairs. All were friendly, worked hard and had fun! Please give all four of these men bonuses for a job very well done.
My June 25th move was not as good. The leader, Wise, was knowledgeable and friendly. But when a district manager arrived to do a safety check, Wise decided it was social hour. I had to break it up. Austin was a new employee who in my opinion is not cut out for the job. He scratched a sofa table by sliding boxes on it and he stood around in my garage doing nothing at times. "Q" worked the hardest, was smart and should get a bonus.

Team arrived on schedule and worked hard with the bulky furniture. Did an excellent job.

The moving team (Russ and Daniel) were the BEST movers I’ve ever had. Despite it being 90 degrees out, they were courteous and efficient. They gave each piece of my furniture the white glove treatment. I will most definitely call on you for my next move and ask for Russell and Daniel again!

One box fell and three items were broken - two coffee cups and one drinking glass.

Office staff excellent. Moving team fantastic. However the plan we agreed to was not executed. Ordered 5 people and 2 trucks, got 3 people and one truck. This caused us to do extra work unloading an on-site storage pod. And no refund was offered. It was unrealistic to expect 3 men to work 13.5 hours in 90 degree heat. Movers never complained and worked really hard.

I paid 3 guys for 2 hours of work.I paid for 4 hours. Not a good value. I would use your services again but definitely not on a weekend.

My only dissatisfaction was that the moving team was scheduled to arrive at 12 pm and did not arrive until 145 pm. It would have been nice if I had received a phone call with an update for peace of mind.
