My move day went flawlessly and it was all because my move team was amazing ! They kept me informed even before they arrived, were effective and efficient, truly working as a team to get the job done. I will hire 2 men and a truck for my next move and would recommend them to anyone moving !

The moving team was fantastic. They came in and moved a lot of beautiful furniture efficiently and with great care. Chris was a great leader for the team. He explained everything that was going to happen and then he and the team made it happen. We were very impressed with the professional manner of the whole moving team. They made a difficult job fun. The overall move went well. I had not been in the home since December 1 when I moved out and filed for divorce, so my estimate of boxes and items was not exact. They took almost everything even though there ended up being more than they had planned for. They also used some large boxes to take things that had not been boxed. The only problem was a gun safe in the basement that they did not come with proper equipment to move. I am guessing that they did not get the updated information that the safe was not on the first floor and would have to come up stairs. Overall, they did a great job.

We hired you to move my mother into a senior living community. The move started out rough because you were late, I had to call to find out what was going on. We finally were notified that there was an issue with an employee & they were picking up wardrobe boxes at another location. The crew showed up an hour & a half late but we were not charged for the time - our clock started once they arrived. The move from that point on was great! The movers were wonderful & worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of correctly & quickly. Once we arrived at the new facility, the movers had quite the haul to get everything in & up to moms new apartment. They did a great job under tough circumstances (long way & very hot). We were very happy with the results & would recommend to others

Too much standing around or time spent looking for and backtracking for tools - still kept clock ticking
Wardrobes were carried sideways with 7 of 9 all clothing was at bottom of box - not hanging
Broke table spent another 30 minutes assessing and still kept clock ticking

The movers were very professional and excellent in customer service, friendly and asked questions to ensure it met my needs. Mostly minor issues: There were scratches on top of one of the cabinets. Due to truck problem, the movers arrived over an hour late, which was not a big deal except I received a call from the office 45 mins after appointment time. Also, given the move was only 1.5 miles, I did not expect to spend 6 and a half hours moving.

The guys were outstanding. Very impressive and I will use again.

Office help was superb, helpful and responsive. The moving team was even better, if possible, than our previous teams on 3 family moves in the Minneapolis area. There was excellent cooperation and no reluctance to do anything we asked in picking the sequence of moving and in making adjustments to placement in the home we moved over to. Couldn't have been better in any way!
