Despite the in-home estimate, we were woefully under quoted in terms of time to move out as well as space needed in the trucks. We had to utilize a 3rd truck we acquired ourselves as well as a neighbor’s garage to store items the trucks could not hold. When I needed to locate a packed box on one of the trucks I was met with absolute attitude by the head mover. We were an hour and a half late to our closing due to not being packed. I have a large buffet that was damaged on the leg and unable to be repaired. The walls of my new house look like the movers just completely gave up by the end. These negatives in our experience completely overshadow the positives as well as our previous positive moves with 2 Men and a Truck. Good for small moves, not whole homes with valuable items.

Our movers were amazing! Let’s face it- moving is stressful no matter what, but our moving team made the process smooth and even enjoyable. Their enthusiasm and quick work was spectacular.

On the day of the move, Ed, Rick, and Austin were very professional, gentle with the furniture, and speedy. They listened and observed carefully about what needed to be done and proceeded to do so with dispatch. There were numerous special instructions, and they followed them to a "T". My great nephew commented on how very polite they were. They asked where items were to be placed, and then asked again whether the initial placement needed adjustment. The office staff were also very helpful via an in person visit and a follow-up email. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to my friends and acquaintances. Elizabeth

It was a hot rainy day and the West, Wade and J Miller were happy and not phased at all. They were kind and as quick as they could be. 2 of them worked together to move a large item upstairs successfully and in good spirits. I hadn't thought about tipping, but we did.
The automated call service web that you have to go thru to talk to a human is daunting. I almost did not sign up to use you becuase of it. Holds, national call lines, full mailboxes......anyhow, I persevered, and am glad I did. The move is done! Janet

was charged for 2 hrs. when they were only here for maybe 45 min. both men were working really fast, as if they wanted to see how fast they could do the job & get out of here. felt they weren't as careful as they could of been because of how fast they were working.

From start to finish my experience with two men and a truck was quite poor. Our issues:
1. Our initial quote greatly underestimated the cost
2. Getting the move scheduled required repeated phone calls and emails with no follow up from the estimator
3. When it was finally scheduled it was improperly scheduled for both time and truck space
4. The crew was supposed to pack us but that wasn’t scheduled
5. Since the crew hadn’t been scheduled properly they didn’t have supplies and had to wait for things to be delivered to the house
6. The move had to be carried over to a second day unexpectedly causing scheduling conflicts for me
7. The crew missed several areas of the house while packing and left random items unpacked and scattered throughout the house
Overall a very poor experience

Ed, Rick and Danny were the best! Loved that Omar came over to check on everything. We will definitely refer them to others.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, finished in the expected time frame and were very pleasant and helpful. I don't know if they were the cheapest, but I knew they had a good reputation so I didn't worry about the move.
