The office staff were all extremely polite and proficient in scheduling our moves. All our billing and logistics questions were thoroughly addressed.

Not prepared for a pack and move only two men and started out well but a 2-5 hour window estimate turned into 9 hours. Small apartment and many boxes were already packed. Organization was poor and seemed overwhelmed. Left the placed a mess I had to personally clean up lefterover tape and didn’t sweep behind them selves. Kept watching the clock had to call my owner for a two hour extension which 9.

My team was very inexperienced. There was only 1 of the 3 guys who actually knew what was going on and even he needed to be shown how to get a table through a door way. Then they ripped my mattress and I have yet to hear about a damage report since the team lead's tablet wasn't set up to be able to put in a damage report he just sent photos to his boss but I never heard anything after that.

Absolutely shout out to my moving team. They made my life so much easier. Amazing service, really attentive and really enjoyable experience. We were scheduled for 6 hours and did it in 4 and a half. Thanks so much for the great service!
