The two men who moved us where so great!! Their score needed to be higher than just excellent!!

I paid extra to have my belongings pAcked or wrapped. My garage was a complete mess and I couldn’t be there at time of delivery. A very special gift from a friend was broken. It was an oval shaped mirror which was not tighted on the sides and flipper up side down and broke. My clothes were thrown all over!! Under legs of chairs, a rusted out planter on top of a pile. Could not even see my furniture it was buried with things all it. Washer and dryer were not remotely together or accessible. I’m very very disappointed and spoke to Dan?? Who was the rudest man I’ve ever talked to on a professional basis. Horrible experience. My sister chose your company due to Stress on me/ 11 spine surgeries including 18 fusions/stroke Packing avail in quote. I have pics to prove the disrespect

The three young men that moved us worked incredible hard and were friendly and professional as well. I was really stressed out about moving, but when they showed up I felt like everything was under control and that I finally had the help I needed. They were great!

Move when well no major issues. Crew could have moved a little faster, when paying hourly- this could have saved 15 min for a 2 hour total move. But not a problem. The one big concern was the truck. The 2 men were good - but the truck needs immediate attention. It had on headlight out. Plus it was billowing smoke. The truck was almost encapsulated in exhaust at stoplights. Emissions hazard.
Also, was have asked to receive a digital copy of the job invoice. Not received yet. We were given a paper copy but its been misplaced in the moving shuffle.

The two men were very diligent about caring for my possessions.
They worked very hard and fast.

I was very pleased that they could move one large piece of furniture on the day and time I need it moved, and on two days notice!

The move went well. Took a little longer then expected and a few walls got damaged but other then that it was a very good experience from the office staff to the crew.

Mike, Marcus, and Jose were amazing! Courteous, engaging and respectful, they worked efficiently through the move — even despite the hot weather!

Some scratches on my sofa and dining table. Was told that I would be notified that a specialist would come to check and possibly fix damage. Haven't heard anything yet. Otherwise a good experience with a great moving duo.
