broken items, poor attitude in dealing with the office. lack of customer service and professionalism in dealing with the issues. being lead to believe one thing and it's quite another in removing other furniture. basically mis representation/ fraud. everyone keeps telling me I dealt with jeff or josh no one gives the correct name dan was supposed to send an email so I could respond yesterday, no contact from him...… the talking down to to my wife is ridiculous Jeff pretty much told her it's a he said she said and didn't care.. yesterday it was implied to me regarding my wifes FB post oh well she's going to do what she's going to do???? who comes across that way in a business specially one that just sucked $3680 from me..

The young en who moved me were very courteous, worked very hard in extreme heat & humidity! They just kept smiling & working! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs someone to move them! It made my day, since was dreading moving day! So Thanks for taking all the stress out of my day!

Making the initial arrangements was easy, and the agent couldn't have been nicer. The movers were young, strong, friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with. The day after my move, I got a call that there had been a mistake in billing and my bill had been adjusted giving me a little money back! My entire Two Men and a Truck experience was positive, and I would highly recommend this company to others.

my hardware kit to put my bed together was missing and the my tv stands was broken.....I've been calling for pass two days but I'm getting any answer back... I've been sleeping on the floor because I can't put my bed together with out the kit... still Waiting to hear back from two men and a truck.

The two person team I had were fantastic. They worked hard for 5 hrs in rain, an upper level, heavy items to move, and did it with a great attitude. I will recommend this team to other co-workers who are also moving. Thank you.

Poor communication, your personnel did not understand the conditions of our move, No fault of yours but I did not receive the phone call the day prior to our move as our phone had been disconnected and moved to our apartment. If an e-mail had been sent I would have received it. Your men left part of our bed at former residence when they went back to get it they stopped and unloaded the pieces to be put in storage before returning here. We waited over 2 hours for them to return were not made aware of what they were doing. There was poor communication throughout the entire move!!!! We have our furniture in storage with you and hope the move to our new home in a few months goes much better.

This is the third time I have used Two Men and a Truck. I always get consistent, great service. You hire very courteous movers. I was very pleased again! Thank you!!

It was an extremely hot day. Office staff called and updated on status of where the movers were (I was their 3rd contract for the day). The movers were in great moods, worked hard.

We had a min. Quote of one truck with 5 guys with 4-6 hours. The truck arrived with just 4 guys. The 4 guys worked like 8 men! They completed the loading and unloading with some furniture being hauled up and down twice because of our requests. They did all of that in 3.75 hours. .25 hours less than quoted and one guy short. Amazing. We won’t use anyone else, ever! Great job to the team we had!
