One plastic tub was dropped and the lid and bottom were broken open. Two special jewelry boxes were smashed. Otherwise, nothing negative.
It was a extremely hot day and the 4 movers kept moving. I was very impressed with the work ethic of all of them. Randy was great at organizing.

I cannot give enough kudos to Chris and Jose. Their attitude and professionalism is something found lacking in many service businesses these days. Their care and respect of my belongings were equally matched by their care and respect to me as a client...I've never been called "sir" so many times in my like...I kind of liked that. Moving is stressful enough...these guys actually made it somewhat enjoyable. I have already recommended your services to numerous friends and family!

We were amazed by how fast the move went. The 3 guys that did our move were so nice and professional. They made the process easy and fun. I have no regrets hiring this company and will definitely use them again and tell all my friends about them.

The 2 men were excellent and made our move a very pleasant experience. We have moved many times in our lives and this was by far one of our best experiences. Our team was timely, efficient and used great care during the move. We thank the team for giving our furniture great care, our residences great care and for being so friendly. The team leader kept everything moving smoothly which kept our costs down. We give them the highest rating!

1st call was great. Then a no show at my home. Once I called back, attitudes and information changed. Confirmations and verifications were difficult at the least to receive. Next time I called to ask about confirmation, no reservation had been made but we had already made a deposit. The movers broke a few things, left us early creating a 14 hour hardship on us back at our home. Can't share this story enough. It was horrible. The movers tried to get in a day early, while we were still at the other home, packing and looking for storage at 11 PM at night. They unloaded at our home OK, but everything up to that point still has me in tears.

I hired you because you had availability and when hiring I explained that we needed tools to disassemble beds. There were no tools and when I called it would be at least 20 minutes for someone to bring the tools. I told the movers that and they informed me that it would be closer to an hour before anyone could be there and so they told them not to come because they would maneuver them around doors and walls. In the meantime my husband found his drill for two of the beds and spent his work time disassembling them. He did not have the proper tools for the other two beds which are the ones they half took apart and maneuvered causing damage to both the beds and walls/door jams of our rebuild. Also, since they didn’t have tools, they left the bed half unassembeled in the room for us to find

The movers were very helpful and did everything I asked.
