Wins: 4 workers extremely friendly, quick & efficient. Great service, they packaged the move well. Sincere kudos to these 4 guys for efficient & hard work! I would use 4 men and a truck again, hopefully I get the same movers, they were awesome!
Opportunities: Time window provided between 12pm-4pm & they arrived after 5pm. To be clear, my "opportunity" feedback isn't directed at the movers, they had just come from a morning apt that took longer than estimated. Can't fault the workers there. Also uncomfortable to be asked to provide a "tip" at payment, I don't feel this should be sprung on the purchaser at the end when they didn't expect it. If movers are tipped employees, just include in pricing upfront.

There were a few problems putting my credit card on file. I was called multiple times to do so to ensure my moving date. The movers were great and speedy and efficient

I hired your company to move my belongings to a storage room, and then from the storage room to my new house. If anything had wood, it was either scratched or gouged. The second crew was lazy and did not care, they got lost going to my new home and I was charged for that time. I should at least get half my money back since two motivated guys could have done the work of four lazy guys. Plus I had to find them to show them to my house that I was charged for. Good thing that I took out insurance with your company, and hopefully they are not like the typical insurance company that has the all excuses in the world to make due to replace my furniture. To sum it up, not a good experience.

Our move was last Sat. The 3 Guys that came we’re courteous helpful and professional. They were worth every penny. I’d hire 2Men and a Truck again and highly recommend them.

This time I needed men to move heavy furniture within my home, not out of it. Three very polite young men came to assist in that and they were very patient with me.

The movers went above and beyond and very caring and helpful. I highly recommend them. I have told many others how nice and helpful they were and gave them the phone number they are going to call and use this company too.the 2 guys I had get a super gold star of excellence!! Thank you for your service and will be using again in near future
