All of the movers were friendly, and courteous. I was very disappointed in the condition of several pieces of my furniture after a 10 mile trip. Our cherry wood low boy and high boy dressers had gouges and rub marks. My recently purchased dining room chair had a large mark. The door frame at my old home was damaged in three places before they determined that a leg had to be removed. None of the movers knew that a sliding glass door could be opened further by removing the handle. I specifically asked if the movers knew how to disassemble and assemble a "sleep number bed". The mover assigned to this task was not very familiar. Your pricing was the highest of the three movers with whom I inquired; yet the performance lacked. The whole experience was good. Andrew in the office walked us through each step then followed up in email. Movers Josue and Cole were great! They called 1/2 hour before arriving, did a careful walkthrough, then wrapped everything before loading up. They communicated each step of the way. Thanks for taking the stress out of our move!

This was the best decision I made when I decided to move. They actually brought over three men (and a truck). They we super efficient and did in 4 hours what would have taken me days to complete. In a panic I called Two Men and a Truck in Edina. I left my number and briefly included a message. I did not hear from this office until the end of the day. By then I had called upon the Shakopee office of Two Men and a Truck. Misty picked up the phone and, after efficiently collecting the appropriate information, scheduled my move for the next morning! Misty and Luke were courteous and so efficient. They followed up on everything and were incredibly prompt. The movers were out the next morning at the time discussed and the move went smoothly. Thank you to the Shakopee group for accommodating us so quickly!

We where really happy with the guys that moved us. They went above and beyond our expectations

We had packers come one day and movers the next. The packers did not do enough and then the movers were far behind. It ended up costing much more than planned as they did not estimate correctly. We even agreed for extra services the day or and extra movers. I spoke to Dan who assured me he would follow up. And i still have not heard any follow up 11 days later. The second team was rushed and did not put things where we wanted and in fact did not even finish moving items. I still am waiting for foow up or how Dan can make this right, especially since it costed much more than i was quoted as an estimate.
