Everyone from Anthony in the office to our moving crew of James, DJ, Leo, John and Cassidy were helpful and a sincere pleasure to work with. The crew moving us were on time, efficient and respectful of our belongings. They worked quickly and we couldn't believe how much they carried. We felt like they became friends by the end of the move. Trustworthy and extremely hard working. Thank you so much!

Loved the polite and prompt movers! And the scheduler as well.

Movers left several items behind, I.e lamp shades and pieces, outside hoses, extension cords, wall hangings, boxes with items in them. Did not put plastic down on carpet/floors. Scraped walls and stairway railings. Even though furniture was wrapped still gouged and scratched cherry wood pieces. Several boxed items were broken when unpacked.

The only thing I was not satisfied with was how long it took them to take down my bed. They had not done it before so it took them a long time - maybe an hour? Otherwise it all went well.

We had one tv damaged unfortunately in the move but your internal team handled it well and offered us a fair value to replace.

Ferris and Tone did an amazing job moving my aunt's belongings from her old apartment to her new apartment and storage unit. We were very impressed with the professionalism and care they took with the items that were moved. They made sure that our needs were met and any questions were answered. We will be requesting their service again in the future! A BIG THANK YOU to all involved in this move!

Brandon, Shane, and Damien out did themselves! They were attentive, respectful, and kind. I’m addition to taking care of my things, they did so in a quick yet effective way! 10/10 would recommend!!

I would give this company 5 stars. They were helpful, efficient, and I can’t say enough about the moving crew I had. They went beyond my expectations. I will never consider any other company than this one for my future needs.

I want to recognize Luis and Dewayne from the South Minneapolis location. They really listen to the customers requests and were extremely comfortable to work with . Very efficient with use of time.
