Two Men and A Truck handled the move for my mother professionally and promptly. From our first contact With their office to set up the move and estimate costs all the way to thru the physical move Two Men and A Truck were helpful, courteous and professional. They arrived on time and communicated their arrival time in advance. They worked hard and moved quickly and were cheerful and polite. We were extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. They definitely lightened our load with the move. We would definitely use them again.

We had an issue that was resolved. The movers couldn't get the ramp to work, so the move took longer. We were reimbursed for the extra time it took because of the lack of a ramp after signing the bill for the entire time. The movers didn't give us any option except for rescheduling the move. A box of glasses was dropped and broken. We understand the rise and aren't super upset about the incident; however I've moved several times before and the movers have never dropped or damaged anything. We will still use Two Men and a Truck for our next move in about 3 months due to the customer service from the office staff. The movers weren't horrible my any means; just not as professional as I have experienced before. They were kind and respectful though.

The movers did not pack well. I had them make two stops and we marked things so they could load the first stop last. That should have made things easy. When they loaded they paid no attention to where things we placed on the truck so it was a andamp;acirc;€œbig digandamp;acirc;€ unloading the first stop. They also wrapped with film first and then draped your fabric blankets over the furniture. I believe a better way is to wrap the pieces with fabric and then the plastic wrap. They broke one hutch for us and smashed my momandamp;acirc;€™s lamp. My grandfather made those lamps with inlaid wood probably 80 or 90 years ago. Your repair shop glued them back together but two chunks of wood are actually missing which I do want back!!! There are several wood pieces that are scratched and dinged up. Overall I am very unhappy with you all.

We had a full service move - they packed, moved, unpacked and removed all boxes - and our crew of 4 were absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Randy and Tommie. They all went above and beyond our expectations. I was a little frustrated with some of the information I received from the office - when I booked I told them we wanted full service (as noted above). But when the movers arrived they did not have the details correct as I had requested. Randy worked with the office to make adjustments - and it was greatly appreciated.

The two men were ever polite, neat and worked hard and efficiently. Made certain I understood everything always checked to see I had any questions. I would recommend the two men that moved me and the company to everyone

We had an entire house to move and the moving team worked hard to complete the move as efficiently as possible. The team moved many large items and took care to make sure they did not damage the items or the home.

Dan andamp; Don were wonderful! They arrived on time (Friday 03.09 @ 8:30), were extremely courteous andamp; respectful, worked very efficiently and were the best! They are both to be highly recommended and I would recommend Two Men andamp; a Truck to anyone looking for a moving company.
