The moving crew was very good, willing to help us all they could. They went the extra mile to make sure our move went well!! We were very happy with them. Moving is a stressful time and they made it pleasant.
The only thing that went wrong was that someone put a 12 pack of coke in our small freezer to move, then we plugged it in, not knowing and it exploded. Ha!! But - that's minor inconvenience.

The guys just did a great job with our move, great attitude.

I was very happy with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. First time to use them and everything went very well. The two men did an excellent job!

I have used 2 men and truck before and the first experience was great! This experience was not so great. First of all the moving team this round was not very efficient, they did not listen to directions when being told where to place boxes or furniture ( as an example they were told which bedroom to place the bed etc. in and they did the opposite). Hence they had to move everything to the room indicated initially. We only moved a 1/2 mile from our old place which takes 5 minutes to get to, yet for some reason when leaving the old apartment they turned the opposite direction and it took them 15-20 min. to get there. Lastly when placing items in the garage they did not unpack the big box they packed everything in and just left it in the garage. This was not a good experience.

We had the best experience from the first call I made to the Two Men and a Truck. Customer service is certainly important to your company and it showed. The 4/5 strong gentlemen who helped us move were kind, courteous and professional. Thank you again!

I have already talked with you about our experience. As I rated above I have to mark the overall experience as poor. The 4 man crew was a mixed bag of capability. 2 of the 4 were excellent, 1 was very good and 1 was very poor. You need to do a better job of training and instilling in the new young workers what it means to provide a good customer experience. It took us 2 days to finish the job that the crew did not finish and as we unpack we continue to find evidence of how the new people just do not understand it means to take of someone's personnel items when moving someone. At this point I can not see using your business again and when referring it is very cautiously stated. I know you refunded me for 1 of the workers time but I still feel I over paid
