The job was very slow could have been done much faster

I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. Ours was a two day move with two trucks and four men...only one of the movers was the same on the unpacking day. Multiple pieces of furniture...mostly antiques...were broken, screws were lost, and artwork was not wrapped. Our threshold was broken, because it wasn’t protected. Their solution was to take our pieces and have them repaired at their business place (2hours) away and the return them sometime (?). This was not acceptable...like I said, multiple pieces were broken or damaged. No financial compensation was offered, even though the move was insured. I was then offered by the manager a couple days later that they would send someone out to fix the items, which I agreed to, but then never heard back.

Ed, Jose and Elliot were the team we had and they were fantastic & professional. Clean, well marked uniforms is always a great start and they had all of that. Ed asked if we could go through the house to make sure we were able to get done what we needed. The best part of that is the entire team walked through the house with my wife and me to see if we had special concerns. Then WOW, get out of the way –they just flew. Careful as could be, but quick. Jose moved quickly & Elliott's communication with the team was excellent. Ed did a great job in letting us know how things were going. I missed adding some things to the bid, but Ed worked with us and we just adjusted them to the final bill. We could not have been more pleased with your team and will recommend you to others.

We had one piece of glass broken in the hutch and it was noted and fixed quickly. Jan

From the initial phone call I made to inquire about pricing to the final paperwork on the day of my move, I was thoroughly impressed. Everyone I worked with was amazing, especially my movers Marcus and Chris. They were friendly, easy to work with, outgoing, professional and respectful. I am happy to recommend Two Men & a Truck to anyone and I will certainly use them again for my next move. Thank you Marcus and Chris for making my move an enjoyable one!!

The day of the move went smoothly; there were no surprises -- made the stress of the day much easier.

Elevator broke down. They were willing to carry all up 4 flights. We could not ask them to do that so we got permission to store in first floor of building. Then they were willing to come back next day and continue. The apartment owners finished for us. But we were impressed with their willingness to do whatever it took.

I had a last minute need and you all were able to assist me and did it quickly, professionally and absolutely more than satisfactorily! Thank you!

Shawn and his team were awesome - very pleasant to work with and careful with furniture.
The office was accommodating to a change in schedule and available elevator times.
The entire process was a class act !

The four guys that moved us were excellent! My wife, Lisa was extremely happy with them and mentioned that they did a fantastic job! Thank you for helping my wife relax and move us at the same time. We both would refer the four guys and the company to our friends and family.
