While trying to figure out how to move some big pieces of furniture for my parents, I said We should just hire Two Men and a Truck. The memorable name is why I called you. We were able to sync our busy schedules and two days later it was done. The movers were fast, efficient, and Very Personable. I really appreciated how they were considerate to every one they met, and treated all with sincere respect. You can’t teach that. Well, parents can. The move that day went smoothly . We’re still hard at work and I meant to give feedback, so thank you for this opportunity.

Everything was great, the guys Devon and Moses were fast and informative. The gentleman at the office was in the middle of a move and he dropped everything to help me out, also Rick who called me back with the quote was very thorough and a pleasant. The only complaint would be the price on moving the safe which they were upfront about I just found it to be rather expensive overall and would not use them for that again. Thanks, Cheryl

I have only always used 2 Men & A Truck for 5 moves and have been very satisfied with their service and their teams. Any questions or concerns I have had are always addressed and answered by their staff. The price of their services is well worth it. Thank you very much - you do a great job!

I experienced great service all around. Movers were excellent and fast, as well as very pleasant and professional. Moving is awful, but this was a good moving experience!

They did a great job from start to finish. Everyone was polite and respectful in every way. We have used this company in the past and would definitely use them again.

Cost was 0.75 hr more than quoted, but it did take them that amount of time to wrap up and move 5 pieces of furniture. Two wheel moving carts should have some rubber bumpers on the bottom as they scraped up the wood floors a bit. I had to offer the movers a small carpet to put under the cart as they were lifting it to prevent scraping. Some type of pad should be part of the standard procedure. Otherwise, they did a great job of moving the furniture in and were very careful at the unload site.

Overall they were very good at moving everything. However they may have broken our Sleep Number bed. As it won't inflate after they moved it. They set it up on top of the hoses that supplied the air. We had to get help to lift it up to get them removed. They also tracked an awful lot of dirt in the house.

Crew showed up over an hour late after the four hour window I was given and when they did show up it was a parent they wanted to hurry up and get the job done to be done because it was so late in the day. They did not listen to me about special instructions on moving certain pieces of furniture that were fragile and in their Hast there was stuff broken in boxes That I personally packed and know I packed well... almost like the boxes were just thrown in the truck. At the end it was almost insinuated that I should give them a tip and I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism from the crew leader. I’m honestly not sure I would use this business again for another move.

The young men who did the actual moving were an absolute delight. The move was for a resident from a group home for mentally handicapped adults to a nursing home. At all times they were respectful and considerate of the residents of the home. They were efficient and careful with the items to be moved. They are great ambassadors for your company!
I found your phone menus too long. If I left a message I seldom received a call back and never in the "few minutes" promised. The move was finally arranged through Dave who was thorough and clear in what the process would be.
