Very hard working and confident I would use two men and a truck again

It was a very cold day and the guys went through a lot. Very helpful getting my things into storage unit. Roads were bad and still pretty much on time.I was very grateful for all there help. Would recommend them highly. First name is Mike.

Chris and Taylor did a great job of moving my piano despite all the snow and ice!

Taylor and Chris were excellent. They did exactly what we needed and were very quick.

Scratched new floors, broke multiple legs off furniture, tore furniture, tracked up carpet had to shampoo, scratched up multiple furniture pieces that we had shipped from overseas, damaged part of ceiling in new house, damaged headboard. Attitude of guys were great they just didn't pay enough attention to safely packing the furniture. We paid a lot of money for our furniture and shipping from overseas. That's why we are very particular about it. Quite a bit of damage of multiple things though.

The guys that delivered were professional and really nice. (I keep getting surveys--this is the second I have filled out). Just wanted to make sure our guys who moved got credit for the great job.

Several of our walls were damaged by the movers, we had to hire painters to repair hole in drywall, several scratches and damages to drywall and wood railing throughout our home caused by movers that they failed to disclose to me. They broke my Ikea Kallax shelving unit, severely damaged the leather on our couch, and did not offer compensation or apology. I am very angry and feel that we should be compensated for such negligence.

They were outstanding.

As I was moving a piece of equipment from a closed business, we asked for (and were promised) phone call the morning of narrowing the pick up window and a heads up on the movers arrival time with at least 45 minutes notice. Neither of these things happened despite a proactive call from me that was never returned. However the guys on the truck were able to adjust a little and it worked out. Attitude is everything and these guys had a good attitude while moving a huge, heavy piece of equipment on a cold, snowy day and in pretty crummy conditions for driving and moving. It would have been easy to gripe about it but they did it with a smile and even laughed at the situation. Good job!
