Overall, a great experience. The arm and leg of my leather chair was damaged, and they took it with them for repair. That is the only reason I was unable to give an excellent rating in all categories. I will have to wait to see it when it is returned.

Mattress protectors were included in the estimate, but none were used. The crew left them behind and put the mattress and box spring on the ground in the dirty/wet garage. This move was done for my aging dad and I was unable to be there. I feel like they did as little as they could and got out of there. I did speak with management, they went right over and fixed the issues delivering the kind of service we have come to expect from these guys. Overall Two Men and a Truck is GREAT, the movers just didn't hit a home run on this move...

Brandon was outstanding. Need more like him. All were very pleasant and very nice. Would have been better if the crew took more initiative when Brandon wasn't in the rooms - he was all the difference, what an outstanding worker and representative for your company. The climate controlled storage was the key - need to market the benefit of using that service better, it's unique and the blankets and wrapping for that being included is a great asset.

Our original move date was canceled due to weather (which was completely appropriate given the conditions). We rescheduled verbally for the next day. Our order was somehow misplaced and we were not on the schedule. This was frustrating to me. But accommodations were made and we did get movers to come a few hours later than originally planned. So I do appreciate the effort made to ensure this happened. This was not an easy move, third floor and no elevator, but the movers pushed on without complaint and accomplished the job in a short period of time and at a VERY reasonable price. Excellent work!
