Overall service was good. Dining room table leg was damaged during move. Still waiting to be contacted by Two men and a truck regarding claim that was filled out at time of move.

Brandan was very helpful in coming out to our house and ensuring that the quote was accurate and that we were getting the best bang for our buck. He also came out and fixed a broken door handle when the movers accidentally hooked it during the move. The two movers we had were great the whole day, and the lead mover had a great sense of humor and was very respectful of us and our things. We're very happy with the moving process and the price. We'd hire again. My only recommendation is to buy the movers a good tool set so they can help disassemble and reassemble furniture if needed.

I was very happy with the three men that came to our home and moved our belongings. Nick, Greg, and Drew were extremely easy to work with. They were honest and very flexible. It took longer than I expected, but we did have a lot of items. Marcus in the home office was great to work with, and Luke, also from the home office, was quick with a follow-up check in the next day. The two small floor and wall damages will be taken care of right away. I would also highly recommend getting the insurance for $60.00, in case anything gets damaged. Accidents do happen, and our patio umbrella accidentally tore, and they are going to fix it or replace it. Overall, we were very pleased and would higher them again. I will be recommending them to others.

I had heard you were very good but my experience was not good. There is a scrap on my wife’s dresser top and my desk top. They left my desk sitting on it’s side in the room we asked them to put it. A storage trunk was left sitting on it’s side in a closet and not in the bedroom as my wife requested. We discovered that the king size bed was very shaken because they had not tightened the bolts to the headboard. They didn’t have any tools with them. The footpad for the king size bed was not attached to the bed frame at all. I was busy doing things so didn’t check notice all of these things until they had left. Big mistake on my part and an even bigger mistake was that I tipped them $20 each.

We had 2 movers. Alex was exceptional! He worked quickly and showed care with our belongings. Joe, not so much. He didn’t take any initiative on his own, and broke 2 pieces of furniture. He also dragged the wood furniture in the parking lot, and didn’t stop until Alex intervened. He also slid our expensive mattresses in the truck and they got a little grungy. He didn’t quite seem to understand the mechanics of angling furniture. If we would’ve had 2 guys like Alex, I would’ve rated everything excellent...I wish I would’ve tipped HIM!

Everything went perfectly. The movers had great attitudes even with all the heavy stuff and all the stairs!

The movers did a good job. It was a lot for two people as there were a lot of large items. There was some wet furniture that they could have maybe been more strategic with as it leaked on my nice couch and could be stained but otherwise they did a good job and were careful with everything. Other than that the cost ended up being double what I was hoping for so I may look around for other options in September when I have to move all of this to our new place. Thanks

The moving men were great! They did an excellent job wrapping things. Good sense of humor. The only issue was in driving to new house a bookshelf was damaged.

Everything was great until a couple days later when I noticed gouges in the wall in 2 different spots. I am in a time crunch, so I started fixing myself. Price was tough to swallow also. I would appreciate a couple hundred $ back if possible. I can send pics of it, but I put spackle in it and am planning on sanding and painting tonight or tomorrow.

I have had positive experiences in the past and my moving team was polite and friendly. However, one was not careful with my furniture, scratched a family heirloom hutch, when I told him he was scratching it, he did the same thing that caused the scratch again. Another piece had a fresh chip gouged out that I didn’t see the cause. They placed an item so that the door was blocked after I pointed out the door needed to be closed so this didn’t happen. They didn’t return my key from my storage lock (thankfully I had extras.) I feel bad giving a poor review because they both were very nice but I wouldn’t use the company again if I hadn’t had 2 previous positive experiences.
