Movers damaged kitchen table, walls and seemed very inexperienced. Got frustrated with each other as they tried to navigate stairs or door. Often heard “What are you doing, put it down.” They were a bit physically challenged for larger furniture, dressers, king mattress, and china cabinet. I was told someone would be out to fix damages in 2 days. Received a phone call about damage but was told main person was on vacation that does repairs. Would find someone else and I should get a call back tomorrow to schedule time. That was a week ago and did not get call. I called and talked to Chad yesterday 8/29 and he is looking into the situation. I believe the kitchen table is not repairable... Thankfully I paid for extra insurance coverage.

Very happy with the move. I'm sorry there money was stolen out of there truck while they were moving I hope the company reimburse them I can check with my insurance to.

Move was quick and efficient, however we discovered a spot of grease on the on the sofa. Don't know if it will come out. Hope the extra insurance we bought from them covers it.

We had Jay, Neil, Reggie and John as our moving crew and they were fantastic. They explained everything as they went. All the furniture was wrapped/protected before it was moved. There were ALOT of boxes to move from a storage area and they didn't run away when I showed them the task! All of them were very friendly and competent in their jobs during the entire time and it was quite warm the day of the move. There was one item that was damaged in the move and it was replaced within just a couple days and delivered to my parents new apt. I would HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a Truck!

I feel like because we used pods to move, the movers initially packed them with less concern for our property. Our master bed headboard was packed upside down and was damaged (scratched) in the move. It was a mistake on the movers part. They should have been smarter to put a headboard in upside down.

Tremendous amount of damage due to utter carelessness

The four gentlemen were very kind. I am missing some items though. A broom and dustpan and swifter sweeper. Also the pegs they took out of shelves in the book case were not all there. The top screw on one lamp is missing. Book shelves broke but I understand. They were old and not in good condition. I'm wondering if the men should put all the nuts and bolts they pull out of furniture in a bag to give to customer so they can be easily found. I kind of expected more of the furniture to be set up (like the tv stand) but they did work 7 hours so that was long enough.

We used Two Men and a Truck on our previous move and they were really good, so we used them again. This move was totally different. They were really slow and gouged our wall bringing a dresser up the steps, which should be no problem! I would not use them again, because you never know the crew you will get!

Starting with the good things: Nick was courteous, friendly, and professional. Moved quickly, and was apologetic for the problems. Greg, on the other hand, moved quite slowly, had a shouting argument in the parking lot, and was very aloof. Also left three large scratches in wall, major dent in a door knob, and dragged furniture across thresholds and wood floors. Some items are still missing, may have been left on truck. Luke called the day after and was apologetic and offered help for the damages, but nearly $700 for this is a bit ridiculous.

over all a good experience the boys did not always pay attention to the labeling on my boxes so i had to move them myself one broken item and we'll see how long it takes to get back to me . price was a bit high
