The two guys who moved us were fabulous. We have absolutely no complaints. They were courteous, friendly, and respectful. We have used Two Men and a Truck several times and will be back if we ever move again

The guys were rough handling some things during the move. Lamps were not wrapped resulting in a chip in one. Chips on a bed frame. One of the guys came across experienced in knowing how to maneuver larger items and could of exercised more control of telling the others what to do. For that reason is why we were left with the damages we had in our home. A lot of time was spent in the bathroom!

The team did well! My move was estimated at 7 hours; they finished in 5. There were steps at each place. I had a full size sleeper sofa that is a "beast" - They managed to get it in; a tough job.

I told the lead guy this. There was a rusted bottom bed frame in my sons room. They took it apart, however the pieces were rusted and it stained our carpet and stairs. The rug needed attention to remove the stains.

We also saw a small gouge in the wall by the stairs. We know it was from the movers because we had just painted. A few weeks ago.

The guys were awesome, kind, and professionall!

Sam was very nice and informative when the Team arrived! Mike was great in AZ and got two more men to help!
I haven’t opened all my boxes yet, but so far this was a very good experience!

Please communicate better from office to moving crew. Our moving crew was not communicated that packers were supposed to have completed the packing process which was not completed by moving date. They walked in expecting to simply load items onto the truck. Instead they had to help pack to get our stuff loaded.

Josh & Eric worked as a phenomenal team and had excellent communication with each other and the home owners. They were both efficient & professional. We had them move numerous, enormous pieces of heavy, Amish made furniture. They did an excellent job padding, wrapping, and protecting all of our items. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Josh & Eric are both kind individuals!

Great crew. They were very respectful of handling the furniture, keeping carpet clean and no hitting walls.

My two movers were wonderful! My job was scheduled for 3 "men" but only 2 were available at this time. Those two did a wonderful job! They were very accomodating, explained all the charges and details of the job and were just nice to deal with. They took care with our items and made sure we were happy with where things were placed, or they moved them. I actually enjoyed working with them.
