Setting up move was very easy and explained well and estimate was right on. Our movers were excellent. Very polite, understanding and very helpful. Called with arrival time on old house and called with advance arrival time at new house. All around excellent service. Thank you!

They offered assistance with their knowledge of moving things, asked questions about where things were going at our new place so they could pack the truck better and were efficient with their time. The two men that did the move were awesome, very concern with getting out stuff in the proper place.
One of the men did say one of the dispatchers would contact me about the final bill as it would not stay at the 1.75 hours that I should have been billed, have yet to receive that call.

Moving team was excellent and have requested them for my 3rd move. They were careful yet worked fast.
What I didnt like was that I was charged twice a $300 truck fee when crew was only moving items from house to Blue Box storage containers, no truck was used or needed as was known to the company. Plus I will be charged that fee twice again when containers unloaded. $1200 for a truck never used

I am glad you like the experience with our movers. We work really hard to exceed your expectations, Steven. Our rates always DO include the trucks, though, as they are our mode of transportation and contain all of our tools and equipment. We appreciate that you are a repeat customer so much. Thank you!
