Customer service was amazing! Which is why I chose your company over others. I wasn’t given a confirmation call so that was weird but called myself and everything was fine. The men were so great! Very nice and had a hard job and completed it. I am finding scratches on two different pieces of furniture now though and that bums me out bad. I understand this probably happens but still makes me sad

My two man team (Hathaway and Atkins) were exceptionally well mannered, helpful and careful with my household goods. They were timely, clean and courteous - fine representation for Two Men and a Truck! I am glad to let you know how pleased I was with their work.

Kevin from the Troy, Michigan based team was phenomenal. He went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of and that my belongings were safe and accounted for during my cross-country move. I would recommend him for any moving needs, as he truly cares about his customers.

The movers bent the legs on a utility sink getting out washer and dryer, tried forcing a refrigerator through a doorway with-out removing the door damaging the fridge and door jamb until I convinced them the doors had to be removed to accommodate the size. They also did damage to a newer fridge front, both top and bottom doors denting and scraping them some how.

They arrive on time and didn't waste anytime getting started. Evaluated my storage unit and packed truck to protect my Stuff. Did the same when they arrived at my new location. If i asked they would put into room so i didn't have to move by myself. I wish i cold remember the young men's names so they get credit for this review. Going to guess last names of Davis and Andrews.

The two men that you provided to move my furniture we're out standing both in character and working together as a team. They were courteous or highly efficient and really focused on their job I was very pleased with the service and if I should ever move again you could be sure I will use Two Men and a Truck. Going from a one-story home 2 a multiple story high rise Assisted Living facility they worked well with the management at the building did an outstanding job. When checking other comparable services Ford pickup and delivery there were eight or 25 to 30% higher for similar services. I am happy to share my experience with Two Men and a Truck

Movers were very fast and went above and beyond to get the job done as fast as possible but with care for our things. Very happy and will recommend.

I had 2 movers, one was nice, personable and worked diligently, the other complained the entire time, had to take so many breaks it probably cost me an hour, and was rude. I'm not sure why he had such a negative attitude, but I did hear him mention several times how bad his job sucked. I had to google how to disassemble one of the beds because they couldn't figure it out. When checking out he explained to me that if I put a tip on my credit card, they would barely receiving any of it and made me uncomfortable until I agreed to give them cash. The next day I used another company to deliver my new furniture and the difference was unbelievable in both service and attitude. It cost more, but was well worth the experience.

Kim (office staff) was slow on the phone but very polite. The guys that moved us were very professional.

They did a wonderful job. They had very small areas to work in and they did a excellent job getting everything out.
