From the phone call to set up our move with Kim to the moment the truck pulled away, was hands down a great experience. Kim was friendly and had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed working with her setting it all up. The "2 men " (Darren and Washington) were also a pleasant surprise. They worked hard and worked well together. They were both very friendly and careful with our stuff. Your company and employees made a not so fun day smooth and not so dreadful. We will for sure recommend your company to others! Highly satisfied with the whole process. Thank you!

The movers were courteous and did a great job moving our bulky furniture through some tricky curves and stairways. We’re so grateful!

The personnel who came to our house were outstanding. They knew their job and simply went about their business right away. They completed the job efficiently. Very satisfying experience.

I LOVED my moving team. They were kind, respectful, helpful, fun to chat with, flexible, hard working and all around an awesome experience. I had LOTS of stuff and they put every single one of them in the correct spot. I gave the office team "good" because although she was lovely, she debated whether my stuff would fit in one truck or two and I chose two. Lucky for me since my stuff filled 2 full trucks to the brim. This all made her estimate way off too. And she told the moving team 67 items which was about 1/24 of the right amount. I am just fortunate the guys were great and i opted for the second truck.

Our crew was great. The uniforms were nice, but your company should PROVIDE them with standard protective shoes. One guy started a week ago and was wearing shoes that were not conducive to the work. When asked he responded , “its all I have”. Please take care of your workers needs.

Excellent job. Movers took great care of my belongings. Somehow didn’t make a single scratch or ding on any of my belongings or on my walls. Have some very expensive and very heavy items that they moved without issue

All services, excellent. One thing, the window of time given 12-3pn, they showed up at 2;46pm. Calls were made telling me how many minutes away, that was a plus. // Any phone calls to your place of business were not answered by a live person, you had to leave a message. I am in the service business, better customer service such as asnswering the phone, and at least a prompt reply to the customer, would really be a plus. I do like the new logo and previise information shown on the on line experience. It had been a few years since I used your company.Thank you for asking
