We had 2 trucks and 2 teams - 1 team cleared out our Troy storage unit in the apartment building next to our residential apartment. The second team concentrated on moving us out of our apartment. Somehow, there was a misunderstanding in the office with packing. I recently had knee replacement surgery and indicated to the estimator that whatever I didn't get packed, I would need for them to pack. To my surprise, when the trucks arrived, they had no packing supplies, but the team in my apartment called their office and had the supplies delivered shortly after their arrival. All's well that ends well. We were very pleased with our moving teams and your moving company.

I was disappointed at the unloading process. The movers were obviously in a rush to finish, having been talking on their phones earlier in the day telling their families they would be home soon. They had put boxes clearly marked fragile on the bottom of piles of a bunch of boxes that were quickly dumped with a hand cart. At the end, they were very fast to get me to sign the “we did not break anything” paper. After they left, I had time to unbury my furniture and noticed the chunk taken out of the leg of my headboard and the cracked base of a bookshelf (probably from them using the hand cart to move it without taking the boxes they put on it off first. They also were insistent a bookshelf would not be able to make it to the basement. Told them to forget it and I had to move it. It fit.

Haky and Washington were courteous, professional and quick.

I had a small elliptical that I wanted moved. The men came and said they could not move it and left.
I was not offered a refund on my deposit of $200. I am waiting for a follow up phone call or email telling me that I am being refunded my $200.
So far, no call and no email--except this one--asking for my feedback. Well here it is. Are you planning on keeping the $200? Do I have to call to get it? Seriously.

From the moment my call was answered in the office to the moment the movers left my apartment my experience with Two Men and a Truck was phenomenal! Whoever I spoke to in the office was very helpful and patient with the estimation process. The movers took great care of my belongings, worked fast and efficient (in an 100 degree heat index!), handled themselves with composure when a bad neighbor caused trouble and said their truck was in the way AND they still beat the estimate! I appreciate everything about this team and would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone looking to move!!!

We've used Two Men and Truck before and needed help in moving my mother's heavy items out of Assisted Living when she passed. The scheduler fit the move in and the guys were able to come early and get the move done very efficiently. They were respectful and helpful. Their assistance made a sad time manageable for my family.
